Judy Williams is a seasoned energy healing and bodywork practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. As the founder of Serene Health, Judy has dedicated herself to teaching students in Natural Bioenergetics, helping them develop practical skills to become proficient energy healers. Judy’s passion for personal growth and wellness education has led her to develop healing tools, host wellness programs, and mentor students globally.

Judy is a leader in the community and is deeply committed to her work, having helped hundreds of clients through various healing modalities. She regularly conducts study groups aimed at enhancing awareness and offering healing and education on health-related topics. Through Serene Health, Judy has created a nurturing environment for her students, providing them with a space to learn Natural Bioenergetics and gain hands-on experience working with clients.

Her deep commitment to personal growth includes continuous learning and self-development, which she shares through weekly Zoom learning classes for mothers and a monthly Feminine Recharge program. Judy also supports her students by providing healing-programmed gemstones, Bioenergy Enhancers, and Visceral cards to aid in energy corrections during healing sessions.
